Krzysztof Magiera
Member of the Management Board, ORLEN Upstream Polska
Krzysztof Magiera is an experienced executive with 20 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in the management of complex upstream projects and the optimization of production operations. As a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Upstream Polska, he is responsible for strategic activities in exploration and production, as well as for implementing technological solutions that enhance hydrocarbon recovery and operational efficiency.
He has gained extensive experience in key managerial and technical positions within ORLEN S.A., PGNiG S.A., FX Energy Poland, and the international service company Schlumberger. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary engineering teams, managed large-scale capital projects, initiated and supervised research and development programs, and implemented innovative solutions to improve reservoir management and production performance.
He holds degrees in Natural Gas Engineering and Petroleum Geology from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. In 2022, he earned an Executive MBA through a joint program by GFKM and IAE Aix-Marseille.
