Janusz Radomski has the extensive experience in the area of natural gas extraction and distribution, as well as great skills in the supervision of companies, their privatization and  initial public offering. For nearly ten years he has been holding key positions in the energy and gas industry, and earlier, for a decade, he had been working for public administration. In 1998-2016 he provided strategic business advisory, holding both management positions and being the member of Supervisory Boards to various companies.

Janusz Radomski is a graduate of The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin,  Queen’s University in Canada and the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw. From April 1997 he worked for the Polish Ministry of Treasury, first as the Director of the Office of Classified Information Protection and then as a Minister-Counsellor in the Department of Corporate Governance II. Since the end of 2004 he held the position of Deputy Director and then the Director of the Department of Corporate Governance and Privatization I, where until October 2007 he supervised the Corporate Governance over companies from the oil and gas industry, including PKN ORLEN S.A., Lotos S.A., PGNiG S.A., Gaz System S.A.. From April 2008 to October 2011 was the Director of the Management Office and the Corporate Governance of CP Energia S.A. (now DUON S.A.). In 2009-2011 he was the President of the Management Board of Gazpartner Sp. z o.o., and in 2010-2011 held the position of the President of the Management Board of Energia Mazury Sp. z o.o. From 2012 to 2014 he was the President of the Management Board of PGNiG Technologie S.A. Before appointment for the current position he was the President of the Board of Directors of Research and Development Centre of Teaching Aids and School Equipment (COBRABiD) and Research and Certification Office (COBRABiD-BBC). Radomski has a certificate of competency class E, exploitation of gas, group 3 and a certificate of competency class D, gas surveillance, group 3.

 

In the past he also was the member of the supervisory boards in the following companies: Bester S.A (1998-Jan 2002), MAFAG S.A (1998-1999), Mifam S.A. (1999-2001), The Adamów brown coal mine: “Kopalnia Węgla Brunatnego Adamów S.A” (2002), hotel: Kujawy-Zajazd Polski Sp. z o.o. (2002-Jun 2005), port authority: Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdańsk S.A. (2003-Jul 2007), IBIS sp. z o.o. (2007-2009), chemical company: Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. (2005-2007), brokerage house: Dom Maklerski Capital Partners (2011–8 Jan 2017).
